These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Alure AI mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Alure AI ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. The Service

Alure AI provides AI-generated facial analysis, ratings, personalized routines, coaching conversations, and optional image-generation features. All outputs are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not medical, dermatological, psychological, or professional advice.

3. Subscriptions & Purchases

  • Some features require a paid subscription or one-time in-app purchase.
  • Payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload images you do not have the right to use, or images of other people without consent.
  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or harassing purposes.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its AI systems.
  • Misrepresent AI-generated results as professional medical or clinical assessments.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of photos and other content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service (e.g., generating ratings, routines, and coach responses). See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

6. AI Disclaimer

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or subjective. Ratings and suggestions are estimates, not facts. Do not rely on the Service for medical decisions. Consult qualified professionals for health, skin, or mental health concerns.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, software, and content (excluding your uploads), is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or redistribute it without permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
